Why this site exists
A printed book stops changing the day it goes to the printer. AI does not stop changing. So the book holds the parts that stay true, and this site holds the parts that move.
When a chapter tells you to see the companion site, this is the place. There is one address, and you are on it.
What is here today
The free self-assessment. Twenty questions from Appendix A. It takes about ten minutes. You get a score for each of the four phases, plus a plain reading of what the score means and what to do next. It runs in your browser. You do not need an account and you do not need to give an email address.
What is coming
The template library. The fill-in tools from Appendix B, in two formats. A fillable PDF if you want to type and print. An editable Word file if you want to change the structure. They are free. The way in is Inflection Point, Kip Boyle's newsletter, which goes out every other week. No template is published yet; they open with the book on September 28, 2026, and a separate note goes out that day. Email signup is not open yet either.
The longer fill-in versions. The book prints short forms of the calibrated internal message and the acceptable-use policy. The full versions, with the prompts and the review notes, land here first.
The templates that did not fit in print. Ten of the twenty-seven are in the book. The rest arrive in batches, and everyone on the list hears when a batch lands.
If you followed a pointer from the book and did not find what it named, that is why, and it is on the way.
The blog covers the third thing: what changes in the AI risk picture that a leader actually needs to act on. Not news. The handful of shifts that change a decision.
Where the full engagement lives
This site carries the self-serve version of the Culture AIR-MAP. It is real, and for many organizations it is enough to start.
The full 115-question Culture AIR-MAP is a different thing. It runs as a facilitated engagement with your people, under a mutual non-disclosure agreement, and it is not published here or anywhere else. Your privacy, in one paragraph
This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking script. The assessment does its math inside your browser, so your answers and your score never leave your device and never reach us. The only thing we ever receive is an email address you choose to type into a form, and that goes to our email provider. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
